About DEMsays

 

DEMsays provides online recruiter training, including audio sessions, situational lessons, articles, presentations and other educational resources.

 

The training is intended for professional development and general educational purposes.

 

Membership Access

 

A paid membership gives you access to the training content included in your selected plan.

 

Your membership is personal to you or, where applicable, limited to the number of users included in your Team or Agency plan.

 

You may not:

 

• Share your login details with unauthorised users

• Allow more people to use the membership than the plan permits

• Copy, record, reproduce or redistribute DEMsays content

• Upload DEMsays content to another website, platform or shared drive

• Resell or commercially exploit the training material

 

We may suspend or terminate access if a membership is shared, misused or used in breach of these terms.

 

Subscriptions and Payments

 

Memberships are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe.

 

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. DEMsays does not store your full payment-card details.

 

Your subscription will continue and renew automatically each month until it is cancelled.

 

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment and account information remains accurate and up to date.

 

Cancellation

 

You may cancel your membership at any time using the available subscription-management option or by contacting us at:

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless required otherwise by applicable law, you will normally retain access until the end of the billing period already paid for.

 

Any rights available to you under applicable South African consumer law remain unaffected.

 

Refunds

 

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Training Results

DEMsays provides practical recruitment training, guidance, examples and suggested approaches.

 

However, individual results vary. We do not guarantee:

• Placements

• Revenue or earnings

• Increased billings

• Client or candidate outcomes

• Business performance

• How the training is applied remains the responsibility of the member.

 

Professional Responsibility

 

You remain responsible for your own recruitment decisions, communications and professional conduct.

 

You should use your own judgement and comply with all laws, regulations, employment standards and internal company policies that apply to your work.

 

Intellectual Property

 

All DEMsays content, branding, designs, scripts, recordings, presentations, articles and training materials remain the property of DEMsays or its licensors.

 

Purchasing a membership gives you a limited right to access and use the content for your own professional development. It does not transfer ownership of the content to you.

 

Website Availability

 

We aim to keep the website and training content available and functioning properly.

 

However, access may occasionally be interrupted due to:

 

• Maintenance

• Technical faults

• Internet or service-provider issues

• Updates or improvements

• Events outside our reasonable control

 

We may update, replace, reorganise or remove content from time to time.

 

Acceptable Use
