Great idea to have your Internal Recruiters working on it. If you weren’t already doing that I would have suggested it. But cover your bases. Most of my clients have one goal. Hire the best person for the job. Since I don’t charge to interview, I’m only asking for an opportunity to compete. I’m not saying I’m better, though I think I’m very effective and have been with your competition. I’m not saying I can go places that your internal recruiters can’t for obvious ethical reasons, though there’s merit to that. I’m just saying, your job is still open, and time is wasting, and you should comparison shop. Doesn’t that make sense?

Recruitment training, your way. LISTEN to it, WATCH it, or READ it. Just don’t ignore it.
